Regulation on the form and content of the request for entry in the register of legal entities for placing fertilizers on the retail market.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, provides for the form and indicates the necessary contents of the request for entry into the register of legal entities engaged in fertilizer retail sale (internal trading-small quantities of fertilizers, direct sales). Article 2 (paragraph 2) of this text determines the list of information and data that has to be inserted into designated form. The Annex is part of this publication (registration sample form).
