These Guidlines are developed for the purpose of scientific and effective animal epidemic prevention after flood disasters. The Guidlines provide for the measures to be taken after the floods for harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry, cleaning, disinfection and vector killing, monitoring and early warning, emergency immunization, quarantine supervision, etc.
