This Regional Decree determines the timing and sequence of actions (administrative procedures) carried out on request of a natural person or legal entity, including an individual entrepreneur, or their authorized representatives within the limits established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) of powers for distribution of quotas for aquatic biological resources in inland freshwater bodies of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It is related to the distribution of quotas for the fishing (catch) of aquatic biological resources for ensuring the traditional way of life and the implementation of traditional economic activities of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It shall not be applicable to anadromous fishes. State body authorized to distribute the aforesaid quotas shall be Department of Aquatic Biological Resources of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
