Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1475 amending Regulation (EU) No 284/2013 as regards the transitional measures applying to procedures concerning plant protection products.

This Regulation adds a new subparagraph about the renewal of authorizations of plant protection product in Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 284/2013 regarding the transitional measures as regards procedures concerning plant protection products.
