Environmental Protection (Composition of Offences and Payment of Administrative Penalty) Rules 2014.

These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Sindh Environmental Protection Act, 2014. The Rules provide for: Application to Director General to compound an offence; Application to Environmental Protection Tribunal or Court; Notice for Payment of administrative penalty; etc.
