These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Law on Ports, aiming to regulate the operation of ports and maintain the operational order of ports. The Provisions consist of 6 Chapters: General provisions; Qualification management; Operation and management; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions. In order to engage in port operations, a port operation license should be obtained.
