These Detailed Rules are enacted in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Import Tariff Quotas of Agricultural Products. The Rules make provisions for: the annual quantities of the wool and wool tops subject to the administration of import tariff quotas permitted to enter the market and the distribution and re-distribution thereof; application conditions; application materials; allocation principles; etc.
