These Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation, the Measures for the Administration of Certification Institutions, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification. The Implementation Rules specify the basic requirements for the certification procedures and management of organic products.
