This Plan is formulated to maintain the production safety of the animal husbandry, animal-derived food safety, public health safety, and ecological environment safety. Overall objective of the Plan is to implement the pilot work of reducing the use of veterinary antimicrobials in animal husbandry, promote the reduction mode of veterinary antimicrobials, reduce the use of antimicrobial feed additives, achieve "zero growth" in the use of veterinary antimicrobials, and effectively control the problems of veterinary drug residues and animal antimicrobials resistance.
