Decree No. 43/2017 amending Decree No. 46/2009 on the creation of the National Institution for Inspection of Economic Activities (INAE).

This Decree amends the National Institution for Inspection of Economic Activities (INAE). Amendments deal with duties for monitoring compliance with legislation regulating the exercise of economic activities and consumer protection, its competences and functioning. In particular, amendments deal with Regulation for Public Shows and Entertainment, approved by Decree No. 23/2012 of 9 July, with regard to inspection and supervision and the deadline for reporting news.
