Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/209 establishing the format of the data to be collected and reported in order to determine the volume of sales and the use of antimicrobial medicinal products in animals in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/6 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Annex I to this Regulation specifies the format to be used by the Member States when reporting the data on the volume of sales of veterinary antimicrobial medicinal products to the European Medicines Agency ("the Agency"). Annex II to this Regulation specifies the format to be used by the Member States when reporting the data on the use of veterinary antimicrobial medicinal products in animals to the Agency. The Agency shall use the variables specified in Annex III when providing the information necessary for the purposes of calculating the volume of sales and of the use of antimicrobials and validating data.
