Decree on the amount and procedure for exercising the right to one-time financial assistance for members of the civil defense.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on rescue and protection in emergency situations of the Republika Srpska, prescribes the conditions and indicates related procedures for determining the amount and for exercising the right to one-time financial assistance for members of the civil defense, engaged in organized rescue operations of people, material and cultural goods, during the occurrence of natural disasters. This particular compensation is aimed in case of death; and injury or disease that caused at least 20% of invalidity.
