This Recommendation of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC), adopted in accordance to Article 8 of the NEAFC Convention. The text provides amendment to Article 13 of the NEAFC Scheme of Control and Enforcement with regard to Communication of Transhipments and of Port of Landing.
