The Montreal Protocol (Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer) Act, no. 27 of 2001.
This Act provides for bringing into force in Saint Lucia the provisions of the Montreal Protocol (Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer) signed in 1987, whose amended version is attached in the Schedule.
