Decision no. 60, dated 26 January 2022 on the declaration of natural ecosystems, managed natural reserves/natural park (category iv), as well as the approval of the change of the status of the existing surfaces of the protected environmental areas, belonging to this category.

This Decision regulates the process of declaration of natural ecosystems, of managed natural reserves and /or natural parks (belonging to the protected category iv). This text further determines related procedures for the approval of the status change as regards the existing surfaces that are declared as protected environmental areas (if belonging to above mentioned categories). The Annex is also part of this text (full list of all designated areas and related maps and assigned codes).
