Environment Protection (Control of Single Use Plastic Products) (Amendment) Regulations, Government Notice no. 64 of 2023.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under Section 96 of the Environment Protection Act, provides for amending the Environment Protection (Control of single use plastic products) Regulations, 2020. The amendment concerns the replacement of words in Regulation 17.
