The fee for air pollution is paid by entrepreneurs who operate a stationary source of air pollution for the discharge of pollutants listed in Annex 1 into the air from a large resource or medium source, small resource or in case the municipality establishes it in a generally binding regulation. Furthermore this Act establishes obligations of resource operator regarding data reporting on total quantities and types of emissions. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: Fee obligation (Sec. 1); Fee for emissions from a large source or a medium source and its calculation (Sec. 2); Fee for emissions from a small source and its calculation (Sec. 3); Data reporting (Sec. 4); Payment of fees (Sec. 5); Recipient of the fee (Sec. 6); Fines (Sec. 7); Proceedings to determine the fee and proceedings to impose a fine (Sec. 8); Transitional provisions (Sec. 9); Repealing provisions (Sec. 10); Efficiency (Sec. 11).
