This Act revises the Public Private Partnership Act, No. 8 of 2015, replacing every mention of the concerned institutions with the Minister or the Ministry responsible for Public Private Partnerships. Additionally, it introduces amendments to streamline procedures, foster private sector involvement in public projects with definitive guidelines, and promote transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in public-private partnerships.
