Protocol amending Agreement “On the rules for determining the country of origin of goods in the Commonwealth of Independent States.”

This Protocol amends annexes related to processed foodstuffs in case of the compliance in the country of origin with the following terms and conditions, i.e. manufacturing of any items from materials, subject to the following technological operations: (a) heating; evaporation; cleaning; (b) refining operations in specialized production conditions where a separate hydration operation is not sufficient to give the product the status of origin; and (c) processing of animal hides by dehairing.
