The present Government Decree contains provisions regarding the conditions for granting support, support amounts, other grounds for determining support, and the information to be specified in support decisions regarding support granted under the Act on a temporary incentive system for forestry (No. 71 of 2023). The Decree contains detailed provisions on measures intended for care of young stands and young forests, peatland forest conservation, construction of forest roads, and environmental support and projects for forest nature conservation. The Decree contains 32 articles organized in the following chapters: 1. General provisions; 2. Protection of young stands and young forests; 3. Conservation of peatland forest; 4. Revitalisation fertilisation; 5. Construction of forest roads; 6. Environmental support and projects for forest nature conservation; and 7. Special provisions.
