West Bengal Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 2013 [West Bengal Act XXIV of 2013].
This Act amends the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 (principal Act). Sub-section (2) and proviso of section 14Z of the principal Act are amended. An explanation is added to sub-section (2) of section 50 of the principal Act.
