This Act repeals various enactments including Insecticides (Amendment) Act, 2000; Food Corporations (Amendment) Act, 2001; Inland Waterways Authority of India (Amendment) Act, 2001; Sugar Development Fund (Amendment) Act, 2002; Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2003; Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2006; Inland Vessels (Amendment) Act, 2007; Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2007; Sugar Development Fund (Amendment) Act, 2008; and Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2009.
