This Regulation lays down rules for Union part-financing of the expenditure borne by Italy to support the market of eggs and poultrymeat seriously affected by the 23 outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza of subtype H5 which were detected and notified by Italy between 1 January 2022 and 30 April 2022.
