This Chapter provides for emergency conservation programme and thus concerns: payments to agricultural producers who carry out emergency measures to control wind erosion on farmlands or to rehabilitate farmlands damaged by wind erosion, floods, hurricanes, wildfires, or other natural disasters; payments to agricultural producers for carrying out water conservation or water enhancing measures; emergency watershed protection measures; funding and administration of the programme; emergency forest restoration programme; private forest land.
