This Decision here establishes the official list of buildings for basic melioration drainage and mixed melioration buildings that are to be considered as of interest to the Republic of Croatia. This list can be found in Annex 1 of this text. Buildings for basic melioration drainage and mixed melioration buildings of interest to the Republic of Croatia are listed by defended areas. Buildings for basic melioration drainage are: 1. melioration buildings of the first order - main drainage canals for the reception of all water from the melioration system or part of that system, which are supplied via a detailed channel network and drain into a natural or artificial receiver, as well as pumping stations in the melioration system and other associated buildings; 2. melioration buildings II. order - the main drainage canals for the reception of all water from the melioration system or part of that system, which are supplied via a detailed canal network and drain into melioration buildings of the first order, and other related buildings. Mixed melioration buildings are melioration buildings or facilities that are intended for both melioration drainage and irrigation.
