Resolution RDC No. 344 approving the Technical Regulation for the Fortification of Wheat Flour and Corn Flour with Iron and Folic Acid.

This Technical Regulation applies to the mandatory fortification of wheat flour and corn flour with iron and folic acid. The following products are excluded from this Regulation due to technological processing limitations: bijú flour or corn flour obtained by maceration; flakes; whole wheat flour and durum wheat flour.
