This Regulation determines specific spatial and related temporal restrictions as regards the performance of commercial fishing at sea with bottom trawls (fishing method and gear) during the year 2025. Vessels fishing with bottom trawls are prohibited from fishing in fishing zones C, D and E in the period from 15 September 2025 at 00:00 until 14 October 2025 at 24:00. In fishing zone E, bottom trawl fishing is permitted in: a. part of subzone E1 north of the junction: Cape Grota on the island of Cres - Cape Pelova on the island of Krk; and b. subzone E2. In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 2 of this Regulation, the map of the area covered by the spatial and temporal restrictions is contained in Annex 1.
