The International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) recommends that Curaçao repay its total negative balance of 22.53 tonnes from 2021 through a payback of at least 2.53 tonnes in 2022 and a minimum of 2.5 tonnes annually from 2023 to 2030.
