This Regulation sets out measures to prevent the introduction into the Union territory, and the establishment and the spread within that territory, of Curtobacterium flaccumfacien spv. flaccumfaciens (Hedges) Collins and Jones. It lays down rules as regards annual risk-based surveys for the presence of the specified pest on specified plants, sampling and testing in the case of any suspicion for the presence of the specified pest, and submission of the results of the surveys annually to the Commission.
