This Law establishes Guidelines for the State Programme to Support and Promote Female Heads of Household as Entrepreneurs in Pernambuco, with the main objective of promoting the financial independence of women responsible for their families through the encouragement of entrepreneurship. It seeks to stimulate the creation of women-led businesses, enhance income generation and employment opportunities, and strengthen support networks through partnerships with public and private institutions. The programme also promotes the formalization of small businesses and economic autonomy, aiming to ensure more equal conditions for women in the labour market and to expand their participation in economic activities. In addition, the law aims to provide capacity-building and structural support to women entrepreneurs by offering financial education, business training, and skills development tailored to the entrepreneurial environment. It emphasizes the development of small businesses through cooperation mechanisms with the private sector and includes support in areas such as management, marketing, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
