These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (2012/R-27). Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18 and 20 are amended. Further, schedules C3, D, M, O1, and O2 to the original Regulations are amended and two new schedules are added.
