Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) (Amendment) Act, no. 2 of 2007.

This Act amends the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Act, 2004. Amendments concern: period of validity of the licence; use of goods and services produced in The Gambia for petroleum operations; extraordinary measures in case of war or other emergencies; offences.
